Phase One saw an investment of £11m redeveloping the Floral Pavillion into an award winning 800 seat Theatre and Conference Centre.

The work of Phase Two began on schedule and was completed in later part of 2011, creating a 66 bed Travelodge hotel, 'The Light' one of the first digital cinemas in the UK, a new and improved model boating lake, Sailing Club and Training School and so much more.
